Account Executive
Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities, research and analyze sales options.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; provide feedback on buying trends.
- Train and educate customers on all products.
- Visit clients regularly, attend trade shows (JPMA) and events.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and keep records of sales, data and marketing feedback.
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
Basic Qualifications:
- BS or BA in business administration, sales, marketing or relevant field OR 1-3 years of experience in consumer products sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Occasional Travel is required
- Able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Professional, innovative, and can work independently
- Able to meet company sales goals
- Bilingual Chinese Mandarin is required
