IT Help Desk
Responsibilities Include:
- Incoming support tickets from clients
- Communication of acceptance and resolution of tickets to clients
- Internal support tickets
- Remote and on-site work(Will need to be in office three times a week depending on needs)
- Additional IT tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field preferred
- (Computer Science, IT related)
- Technical knowledge of Network concepts/LAN, TCP/IP protocols, configure & setup routers and switches, current Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 2010+, PC hardware (desktops and laptops), printers, and Windows terminal services. Active Directory, MS Exchange, FAS, Backup Exec,
- Experience with wireless and basic WAN knowledge a plus.
- At least 1 years of work experience in related field
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Quick learner, capable of maintaining strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- High regard for confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
- Experience with Netsuite a huge plus
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese a huge plus
